Baltimore, MD (August 17, 2016) – Alyse Talbott; Elise Burkardt, AIA; and Emma Crenshaw, AIA recently passed The Architect Registration Examination (ARE) to become registered architects.
Alyse joined Design Collective in 2010. Most recently she worked on the design of “Solaire” at 7100 Wisconsin Avenue, a 139-unit mixed-use high-rise for Washington Property Company currently under construction in Bethesda, Maryland. Alyse is currently working on another project for Washington Property Company “Ripley East,” a 330-unit mixed-use high-rise in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Elise joined Design Collective in 2015. Currently, Elise is working on Stadium Square, a 6-story office building for Caves Valley Partners, currently under construction in the Sharp-Leadenhall neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland.
Emma joined Design Collective in 2012. Emma is currently working on Chevy Chase Lake, an 11-story residential high-rise for EYA in Chevy Chase, Maryland. During her first few years at Design Collective, Emma played a major role in the development of Highgate, a 395-unit mixed-use mid-rise for Kettler currently under construction in Tysons, Virginia.
Additionally, Michael Summers, AIA has achieved certification with The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) as Construction Document Technologist (CDT). CDT certification validates proper development, technical accuracy and management of construction documents.
Michael joined Design Collective in 2015. At present, Michael is working on Hanover North Broad, a mixed-use mid-rise for Hanover Company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. When complete, the building will feature 339 residential units.
