Baltimore, MD, (October 14, 2016) – Ziger/Snead, a leading Baltimore-based architecture firm, is delighted to announce the two recent additions to our team, Esther Park, AIA, LEED AP BD+C and Christopher Kao.
Esther joins Ziger/Snead after spending the past ten years at Robert A.M. Sterns office in New York. Esther’s sixteen years of experience includes residential, commercial and institutional architecture. She designs with intentionality for the spatial and social narrative which will unfold in the space. Her thoughtfulness and focus on distillation allow materiality and fabrication methods to intelligently inform the design.
“Esther’s experience and design sensitivity will help strengthen the technical expertise of the firm,” said partner, Steve Ziger. “We’re thrilled to have her as part of our team.”
Chris joins Ziger/Snead with 10 years’ experience. He brings extensive experience in the integration of technology and aesthetics into the design of spaces. He has deep experience in all phases of the design and construction process, including working on the World Transportation Hub in New York designed by Santiago Calatrava.
