Baltimore, MD (April 27, 2017) – Gaudreau, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Esra Martin, AIA, LEED AP to Senior Associate. Esra joined Gaudreau, Inc. in November 2015 and has distinguished herself with her talents on numerous new and prospective projects. Project include the Hoffberger Science Building Masterplan and Addition (in progress), the L4 Building Design Competition for Forest City, the Tribune Company Highest and Best Use Site Analysis, the Lonza Dining Room Renovation, and the University of Maryland Medical System/City of Havre de Grace Revitalization Masterplan. Esra’s experience on mixed-use projects is offering new opportunities to the firm as we continue to broaden our presence in that growing market sector.
