Baltimore, MD (August 17, 2017) – Jeffrey Brown Contracting is pleased to announce that Bill Bennett has been promoted to Senior Vice President and that Heather Rustici has been promoted to Vice President.
Bill joined the firm in 2000 and has spent his 17 years with the company as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, and Chief Estimator. As a Project Executive, Bill has been responsible for overseeing job costs and reviewing project budgets with each project management team. As Senior Project Manager, Bill has overseen some of the company’s largest and most challenging projects for JBC’s most loyal clients. Bill has also supervised the estimating department, personally estimating all Construction Management and Design/Build contracts. Bill’s years of experience have equipped him with the skills necessary to successfully manage a project’s schedule, accounting, and quality to the satisfaction of his clients.
In his new role, Bill will focus on overseeing current projects company-wide, managing the organization’s estimating department, and developing company goals and strategic plans.
Bill is currently a member of the local ASHE chapter, CASHE. On the weekend, you can find Bill out on the golf course, or fishing on his boat.
Heather began with JBC in 2011 while earning her Master’s Degree. Her current responsibilities include client relations and company-wide quality control efforts.
In her new role, Heather will maintain her current responsibilities of developing and maintaining relationships, and representing Jeffrey Brown Contracting in the industry. In addition, Heather will be assuming business operations responsibilities, working closely with Jeff Brown and Bill Bennett to develop and execute company goals and strategic plans.
Heather is currently on the Board of Directors for SMPS Maryland, Co-Chair for the AIA Baltimore Health and Wellness Committee, and an active member of CASHE. In her personal life, Heather is an avid volunteer within the Baltimore community through her engagement in the Junior League of Baltimore and Volunteering Untapped. Heather holds a Master’s degree from Towson University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University.
