John Fetty, III, AIA, joined the Hospitality team at FILLAT+ Architecture in early 2015 as a respected design and development professional. John excels at integrating spaces and technical systems, and represents FILLAT+ as the Hospitality team leader in our Washington office, providing design analysis and project management for Hospitality designs.
Janey Gregory, AIA, was brought on board in April of 2017 to facilitate and expand the Retail and Mixed-Use sectors of FILLAT+ Architecture. Accomplished in Retail Place Making and Retail Design, Janey has excelled in design development, client relations, and end-user engagement.
Manish Patel, RA, LEED AP BD+C, joined FILLAT as a project manager in 2014. Manish managed a variety of major Hospitality projects throughout 2017, including Moxy by Marriott in downtown Washington, DC, and continues to deliver impactful results.
