Baltimore, MD (August 6, 2018) – As of July 1, 2018, K. Lechleiter Architect, LLC will begin to operate as Twopoint Studio, LLC. This name change reflects the growth of the firm with the addition of David Lopez, AIA, LEED AP—former sole proprietor of LED BETTER STUDIO, LLC.
Founded on September 9, 2002; TwoPoint specializes in architecture and interior design in both the housing and commercial markets. They have been a certified woman owned business (WBE) in the City of Baltimore and State of Maryland for over 13 years. With over 30 years of practice, their housing experience includes market rate, affordable, transitional, and special needs populations, with both new construction and historic preservation. With David Lopez joining the team, the breadth of work now includes larger multi-family housing and commercial development including mixed-use commercial and craft breweries.
