Baltimore, MD (January 7, 2019) – Design Collective Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of three new Associates:
Alyse Talbott, AIA
A registered architect with over eight years of experience, Alyse received her Masters of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has been involved in many of the firm’s mixed-use, multi-family and high-rise projects, including Solaire Bethesda and Ripley East for Washington Property Company in Silver Spring, Maryland. Alyse is currently working on another high-rise for Washington Property Company in Silver Spring, named Ripley II.
Nick Tomaszewski, AIA
After earning his Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2013, Nick joined Design Collective and has since been an invaluable team member for a wide variety of projects. He has worked on several of the firm’s most notable mixed-use residential projects, including the award-winning and first residential building certified to the Fitwel standard, The Pearl in Silver Spring, Maryland. Currently, Nick is working on several exciting improvements to Columbia, Maryland’s Merriweather Post Pavilion.
Patrick Lundberg, AIA, LEED AP
Patrick is a registered architect with over ten years of professional experience at Design Collective. He recently completed TEN.M and m.flats which are two new mixed-use, multi-family projects for Kettler, in Columbia, Maryland. He is now working with Crimson Partners on Makers Rise, featuring two mixed-use residential buildings in Herndon, Virginia, while also pursuing mixed-income and affordable housing opportunities in and around Baltimore. Patrick received his bachelor of architecture from Syracuse University.
