Baltimore, MD (April 16, 2019) – Due to continued growth throughout the Baltimore and northern Virginia region, Wohlsen Construction Company is pleased to announce the addition of pre-construction manager, Curtis Dalsimer.
As preconstruction manager, Mr. Dalsmier will provide support to the preconstruction and estimating team for budget validation, value management, and other needed cost analysis in a continuous effort to meet the budget needs of Wohlsen’s clients. With 14 years of industry knowledge and vast experience providing preconstruction services on projects throughout the Maryland region, he is a valued addition to the Wohlsen team. Dalsimer graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.
