Baltimore, MD (October 25, 2019) Building Envelope Consultants and Scientists, LLC. (BECS) proudly welcomes Kathleen A. Pryor as a Project Manager. Kathleen brings over 30 years of hands-on, boots-in-field design and construction project management experience to the BECS Team. She has worked on a wide array of award-winning projects in commercial, multifamily, institutional, and ecclesiastical structures. Kathleen specializes in both the creative, and technically challenging processes of design and construction, providing quality assurance and quality control, with a focus on historic preservation/rehabilitation projects and studies to meet both Historical Trust and National Park Service criteria. She has often performed as the sole advocate/oversight entity during both, pre- and construction phases for many of her diverse projects. Kathleen has spent a majority of her career as an on-site Construction Contract Project Architect/Administrator and/or Construction Observation role(s) and has thus developed a technical expertise and appreciation of the renovation/historic/adaptive reuse projects, as well as complex construction methods.
