Baltimore, MD (October 25, 2019) – Elton A. Clark has joined Quinn Evans as director of human resources. Clark will oversee all aspects of the firm’s human resources program, including recruitment, employee relations, diversity and inclusion best practices, training and development, talent management, and benefits administration. Quinn Evans employs more than 170 staff members in six offices. The firm has tripled in size in the past five years.
Clark most recently served as human resources manager for the Rails to Trails Conservancy in Washington, D.C., and previously worked for the Smithsonian Institution as a corporate human resources generalist. He holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Commercial Art from Thomas Nelson College. Clark is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Chesapeake Human Resources Association (CHRA), a Baltimore Metro/Maryland human resource chapter. He has more than 25 years of experience in human resources.
