Project Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect with 3-6 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical drawing abilities, and the talent to translate ideas and concepts into thoughtful, well executed architectural solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with a team while also taking ownership of their work and contributing creatively throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project coordination from concept through construction documentation
  • Develop comprehensive construction documents, specifications, and details in compliance with applicable jurisdictional codes and regulations
  • Produce high-quality presentation materials and 3D renderings
  • Assist with design concepts, space planning, material selections, and project visualization
  • Serve as primary contact in collaboration with engineers and consultants
  • Perform thorough reviews of drawings and specifications to maintain project standards for minimum construction issues
  • Manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines
  • Conduct site visits, review submittals, process RFIs, and coordination with contractors to ensure design integrity

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture required
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in an architectural role
  • Proficiency in architectural design and documentation software, including Revit and/or AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of architectural documentation and the design process
  • Knowledge of permitting, building codes and construction practices
  • Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
