Baltimore, MD (November 26, 2018) – Wohlsen Construction announced the addition of two senior-level construction professionals to their Maryland team: David Zikorus as senior project manager and Tim Pagano as superintendent.
As senior project manager, Zikorus will lead the project team and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about his projects’ successful completion. Zikorus received a Bachelor of Science from the Pennsylvania State University and brings over 25 years of construction experience to the Wohlsen team. As an active member in the community, Zikorus is involved with the Hannah More School and Ronald McDonald House. He is also an assistant coach and recruiting director for Notre Dame of Maryland University’s basketball program, and an assistant coach for the Loyola Blakefield baseball program.
As superintendent, Pagano will direct all field efforts on for his projects. He will not only manage and control the construction process and subcontractors onsite, but will also use his 30+ years’ experience to develop solutions to unknown conditions discovered onsite. Pagano’s number-one goal is safety and will work with all parties involved to ensure the project is completed in a safe and efficient manner. Pagano has lead his teams to successfully complete millions of square feet of new construction and renovations on projects in a variety of markets in the Baltimore and DC Metro areas.
