The AIA Baltimore Historic Resources Committee is looking for Baltimore City residents to advocate for Baltimore City. Historic Tax Credit, administered by CHAP, for residential properties.

AIA members and community shall engage in reaching out to City Council members to ensure that tax credits are extended and be best suited to address the needs of underserved communities in the city of Baltimore.
