Design Develop, LLC is an architecture design firm based in Baltimore, MD, and Charlottesville, VA. We specialize in bringing our clients’ visions to life by putting them at the forefront and involving them throughout the design process, through cutting-edge technologies like 3D modeling, point cloud scanning, virtual reality, visualization and BIM. POSITION OVERVIEW:

The desired candidate will be actively involved in executing and developing projects of various project typologies. The project architect will be responsible for the architectural design, project

development, construction drawings and project management on a day-to-day basis. Participate in coordinating project documents with clients, consultants, and other team members. The candidate must demonstrate strong design and technical skills and an ability to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a full-time, in-person role.
