Ithaca, NY (June 9, 2016) – Cornell University’s Division of Student and Campus Life has selected U3 Advisors and Design Collective, Inc. to develop a comprehensive student housing master plan for its Ithaca Campus. The master plan will guide the strategic planning and execution of student housing over the next decade. Through a series of surveys, focus groups, interviews, community meetings and design workshops, the master planning team will engage students living in university housing and community residents on how to best meet future needs. It will also lay the groundwork for the design and construction of new and renovated facilities that will meet current and future on-campus student housing needs and program priorities for undergraduate and graduate/professional students.
