Grade Levels: 1 – 12
Seven FAR volunteers covered this well organized festival to encourage students towards STEM academic/career paths. Over 1,000 students and parents attended. The FAR exhibit included pop-up architecture books, historic home style puzzles, Howard County Architectural Academy student work and exhibit, a drawing contest and a display of dream house designs. Several FAR volunteers also participated in a classroom “ask the professionals” panel.

We had approximately 100 elementary and middle school students, often with their parents, visit and try one of our multiple activities.
