Baltimore, MD (September 11, 2017) – Quinn Evans Architects, an award-winning architectural and planning practice, has announced that Ann Goodwin, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, and Gabrielle Rashleigh have joined Cho Benn Holback, a Quinn Evans Company. Quinn Evans Architects acquired Cho Benn Holback + Associates, located on N. Charles Street in downtown Baltimore, in May.
Ann Goodwin, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is an architect with a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, residential, office, and educational projects. She earned her master of architecture (2008) and bachelor of science in architectural studies (2007) from Louisiana Tech University. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the U.S. Green Building Council.
Gabrielle Rashleigh is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where she earned a bachelor of science in architecture with a minor in historic preservation (2017). She has joined the Baltimore office as a designer.
